Conducting a school survey

For mathematics we have been learning about the Statistical Enquiry Model, over the past few days we have been planning our investigation and today we got to gather our data.

In the morning we conducted our statistics survey about transport to and from Riverlands School. We went in groups of 3 to each class and asked them which form of transport they use. Miss Stephen was so proud at how well we stood in front of a whole class of children and had turns talking. We even did a great job at filling out our tally charts. Tomorrow we need to put our results into bar graphs so we can compare our data. (You can click on a photo to enlarge it)
